Industrial Safety Nets
Industrial safety nets are used in factories, warehouses, power plants, and other industrial facilities to provide fall protection at mezzanine levels, above machinery, across conveyor void areas, and below elevated walkways. Industrial nets are specified to much higher load ratings than residential products, accounting for the risk of tool drops, component failures, and worker falls in industrial operating environments.
Industrial nets are typically manufactured from high-tenacity polypropylene or nylon, knotted in a square or diamond pattern to a mesh aperture appropriate for the object size being caught — 50mm for general tools and components, 25mm for smaller parts, and custom apertures for specific applications. Border ropes are rated proportionally to the net, and all anchor hardware is designed for the calculated load.
We design and install industrial safety net systems to customer-specified load cases, providing structural calculations, material certificates, and installation test records as part of the project documentation package. Ongoing inspection and maintenance contracts are available for all industrial net installations.
