We aim to complete most installations within the timeframe communicated at booking. Timelines may be affected by weather, site accessibility, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any changes.
Applicable products carry the warranty period stated on your invoice/quotation (typically 5+ years on materials, subject to product type). Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, extreme weather events, or normal wear and tear.
Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us directly. Any advance payment made may be adjusted, refunded, or forfeited depending on the stage of order processing — this will be communicated transparently at the time of cancellation.
Jessica Enterprises is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, damage arising from third-party work, or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the specific service provided.
